Shantel VanSanten Long HairstylesVanSanten was born in Luverne, Minnesota, and was raised in Dallas, Texas where she attended Incarnate Word Academy (an all-girls college prep school) in Houston and Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. VanSanten also started her career as a model at the age of fifteen for the Page Parkes Management. VanSanten appeared as Lori Milligan in The Final Destination in 2009. The film is the fourth installment of the horror Final Destination series. In 2009, she made a guest appearance in the television series CSI: NY in the episode She's Not There as Tara Habis. She signed on as a series regular on The CW teen drama television series One Tree Hill as Quinn James in the series seventh and eighth. The series seventh season premiered September 14, 2009.
